We're excited about that too. And I'm super impressed with your running skills below. Awesome.
Thanks for your comment on MADE. YES! I do have an idea for holey-kneed pants...add knee pads! I did that very thing here: http://dana-made-it.blogspot.com/2008/09/knee-pads.html It's so much fun and my son's pants have lasted longer because of it. I've been thinking of doing a simple pants tutorial for these....so maybe you've inspired me to get going on that. We shall see. Enjoy your sewing ventures!
Actually, I believe it goes, "let the wild rumpus start." haha. Just giving you a hard time. In fact, I'm questioning myself...which is silly b/c who even cares if it is "start" or "begin." ANYWAY...we are HUGE fans of this book. Especially b/c the main character is named Max:) Thanks for sharing this with us, Anne. Had NO idea it was going to be a movie. Ps: I just commented on your last post.
That's funny that you noticed, Joan. You are right--it says, "Let the wild rumpus start," but I think it sounds so much better with "begin," so I always read it like that. (I know, how prideful am I that I think I know better than Maurice Sendak?!)
