Yes, I know I have been a lazy blogger this week. Excuses:
-still recovering (i.e. getting blue house back in order) from travel/sickness
-some big projects in the works
-trying to give more undivided attention to my boys
-teaching Blaine to swim (more correctly stated, teaching Blaine to not fear the water)
In the meantime, we are preparing for the 4th. I am concocting some flippin' sweet cupcakes complete with sparklers. My pleated fan flags have yet to arrive, so I put my own creation in the meantime. (Pennant banner tutorial coming.)
And, on a purely narcissistic note, I finally got a fresh weave. (Six months is a long time for this blondorexic--the title Taylor created just for me.) Just in time for Taylor's 10 year reunion tomorrow night. Phewf!

I can't wait for your tutorial. I would probably ask you for something of the sort if you didn't put something up. I've been thinking of wanting to make a pennant banner for the past few weeks.
